Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of the services provided by Black Loup Digital (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”). By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with this AUP and ensure that their end-users adhere to it as well.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1. Illegal Activities:
Clients shall not use the Agency’s services to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including any activities contrary to applicable laws, regulations, or community standards.

2.2. Misrepresentation:
Clients must not misrepresent or embellish the relationship with the Agency or imply any sponsorship or endorsements by the Agency.

2.3. Spamming:
Clients are prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk messages or engaging in spamming activities through the Agency’s services.

2.4. Harassment:
Clients must not use the services to harass, threaten or abuse others, nor distribute materials that are offensive, abusive, or harmful.

3. Content

Clients are responsible for any content they publish via the Agency’s services and must ensure that such content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Security

Clients are required to use reasonable efforts to ensure the security and integrity of their accounts and related information. They must promptly notify the Agency of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Agency reserves the right to monitor the use of its services and take action in case of violation of this AUP, which may include suspension or termination of service.

6. Modification

The Agency may modify this AUP at any time by publishing a revised version on its website. Continued use of the services after such modification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
